The Moulton Community Centre and Village Hall are located centrally in the village of Moulton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discover Moulton\u2019s Heritage: The Village Hall & Community Centre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step back in time and explore two of Moulton’s most treasured landmarks, each rich with history and community spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Built in 1878<\/strong>, the Village Hall<\/strong> first served as the village Board School for boys<\/strong>, with the headmaster\u2019s residence next door (now a private home). It later became part of Moulton Grammar School<\/strong>, a cornerstone of local education until 1939<\/strong>, when it merged with Spalding Grammar School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few years later, the Community Centre<\/strong> was constructed as a school for girls and infants, eventually evolving into the village’s main school until the mid-1970s. When a new school was built, these historic buildings were entrusted to Moulton Parish Council<\/strong>, leading to the formation of the Moulton Community Association<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, these buildings stand as vibrant hubs for village life, thanks to the dedication of local volunteers. The Moulton Community Association is now a Charitable Incorporated Organisation<\/strong> (registered charity number 1154390), working tirelessly to preserve these beautiful spaces for future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it\u2019s for community events, fundraisers, or just a visit, the Village Hall and Community Centre continue to be at the heart of Moulton, serving as a testament to the village\u2019s proud heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
